When you are asked to stage a circa 1929 farmhouse in Milton, GA, on THE very same street where White Dog's original store began in 2013, you smile and enjoy every minute!

This home stage was a dream - the cottage has been remodeled beautifully, so we were easily able to enhance this property with staging! With the help of carefully curated furniture, accessories, and artwork, this farmhouse was given a fun, fresh personality!

Including artwork by Gainesville artist, Patricia Fabian. We love her Three Cows (bedroom), Mustang Sally (entry), Blooms (bathroom), and French Silhouette (bathroom).

We can't get over the before and afters! Being able to see how to best maximize a space so that buyers can see themselves living here is priceless. These are the jobs that we will never get sick of. Scroll all the way to the bottom to see this gorgeous stage!

Special thank you to our photographer Valerie Moore, owner of Ignite20 LLC, for capturing the process.

This project turned out better than we could've imagined. We're so thankful to the homeowners for trusting us to be part of their home selling team!

Did you know that the average buyer only spends 6 minutes when looking at a home? But once the home is staged, that number jumps up to 40 minutes!! Staging sells homes faster and we are constantly seeing this first hand.

According to HomeLight's Top Agents Insight Survey, "67% of top agents say that home staging helps a seller fetch more money for their house at resale" and "92% of top agents find home staging to be beneficial toward selling the property in general". This is so important if you are selling your/a house - don't settle for less! We want to help you get the price on your home that you deserve.

Realtors/Home owners: we’d love to work with you! Send us a message or give us a call so we can get you on our schedule.
